Base image for operating systems and software; Maintains hardware drivers;
- Participate with the DSA deployment team for delivery and update of software on PCs;
- Perform quality assurance on the scripts for application deployment and updates of applications;
- Document procedures for using the deployment tool for the desktop image;
- Document processes for problem solving;
- Assist with the evaluation and recommendation of new desktop technologies;
- Train technical advisors; propose new work processes to improve user services.
Requirements- College diploma in computer science (or equivalent experience);
- Three (3) to five (5) years in an IT helpdesk environment with two (2) years in a similar role;
- Expert knowledge of Windows desktop platforms and MAC OS;
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Service Center Configuration Manager (SCCM);
- Excellent knowledge of the different Airwatch and InTune systems;
- Expert knowledge of software packaging utilities;.
- Oral and written communication skills (French and English).
