Following our constant growth, we wish to add a new colleague to the accounts payable team to support the accounting operations of some of our private residences for seniors, for the Cogir Management USA division. - Be responsible for account management
- Make bank deposits
- Make cash receipts and other adjustments as needed
- Participate in various special projects
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Perform the calculation, preparation and processing of invoices, accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as related documents
- Prepare accounts payable payments after obtaining approvals
- Prepare and participate in the sending of non-payment statements
- Work in close collaboration with the other departments of the company
- A DEP or DEC in administration, accounting or clerical work
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years experience
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
- A working knowledge of the software system Hopem (an asset)
