The Opportunity:

The mission of the Sales Manager is to coach and develop the sales team to achieve their sales numbers through daily, weekly and monthly meetings. This critical position is responsible for onboarding the new clients, account management with major clients including Resellers and Corporate.

This position works aligned to the Marketing department to ensure that campaigns are meeting the sales department requirements.

The development of team dynamics and a predictable, scalable sales process, as well as finding Value Management opportunities for all stake holders, is essential to achieving this outcome.

It is the responsibility of the Sales Manager to manage the sales funnel and focus the sales team at critical leverage points in the sale process, on multiple projects to be specified.

About You:

You will be able to demonstrate your capabilities in the following areas: –

Ability to effectively coach and mentor the sales team to success
High degree of commercial acumen with “big picture” thinking.
Interstate customer visits to influence key decision makers in advancing the sale.
Negotiating win-win-win solutions to satisfy multiple stake holders in delivering both design intent and budget requirements through Value Management.
Positive and inclusive leadership style to promote motivation and accountability among the team.
Analytical skills are essential to identify trends in the substantial number of projects with long sales cycles.
Measuring success as “we” not “I”.
Lean thinking skills.
