      Responsibilities

      New opportunity based in Canada for a Field Service Representative to join the Bruker BioSpin Service and Lifecycle Support Division.
      • Install and maintain new or modified systems or accessories at customer’s facility to ensure full functionality according to specifications.
      • Review and analyze inspection findings to determine source of problem, and recommend repair, replacement or other corrective action.
      • Coordinate problem resolution with other departments including engineering, customer service, sales and applications to expedite repairs.
      • Provide on-site or on the phone technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment.
      • Update CRM and close the Service Activities
      • Perform extensive domestic and international travel.
      • Maintain a valid passport at all times with flexibility for business travel as assigned.
      • Perform other duties as required.

      Qualifications

      • Requires M.S. or B.S. level chemist, biochemist or physicist with extensive NMR experience
      • The degree should be supported by a reasonable amount of laboratory experience.
      • Demonstrated service and support experience with NMR technology, equipment, and a wide variety of experiments.
      • Proven aptitude in spectrometer hardware and troubleshooting hardware problems.
      • Superior verbal, written, interpersonal and communications skills with strong computer competencies.
      • Valid Drivers’ License in good standing, issued by resident state required.
      • Ability to maintain a valid passport with flexibility for frequent domestic and international travel.
