          Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, this position is for you i :

      • Job description
        • Answer incoming calls and requests for events.
        • Write contracts, banquet purchase orders, convention summaries, etc.
        • Coordinate banquets and room reservations for groups
        • Provide support to the sales team and the sales and marketing director
        • Performs various administrative tasks

         

        Knowledge, skills and abilities required:

        • You are self-motivated and have the desire to take on challenges.
        • You know how to manage your priorities and you are organized.
        • You have the ability to work under pressure and to lead a successful event.
        • You are familiar with the Office / Google suite, Outlook, Opera, Pxier or another PMS.
        • Excellent command of the French and English language
        • Have a good knowledge of hotel services
        • You have good sales and marketing skills.
        • You know how to manage unexpected events and find solutions to satisfy the customer.
