Currently, Circle CVI is looking for a Research Administrative Assistant to join our team in a part-time hybrid work model (remote and in office) in Montreal, Quebec.
About the Opportunity
As our new Research Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Acts as the primary administrative point of contact for collaborating research partner
- Ensures the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of research and data collection activities
- Communicates with legal department and manages research agreements
- Files all research related documents
- Organizes meetings in the Circle Labs environment
- Supports IT with administration of software licenses
- Prepares status updates on administrative research tasks
About You
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Good understanding of Mac, Windows, and Windows Server operating systems
- Familiar with databases and spreadsheets (excel)
- Ability to work in a team across multiple geographic locations and cultures
- Basic understanding of medical research environment
- Fluent in English
- Interest in medical/cardiac imaging considered an asset
- Basic IT knowledge considered an asset
- Familiar with sales force considered an asset
