Presently looking for a HR Coordinator to join the team.
Main responsibilities will involve recruitment (phone screening, job postings, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, pre-employment checks, onboarding paperwork, etc), working with Payroll Specialist on paperless filing project, backup to Reception and other administrative duties as they arise.
Requirements: 1-2 years relevant work experience in a progressive Human Resources team; Completion of a relevant university/college program along with a post-secondary certificate in Human Resources Management; Bilingual (French/English), hardworking; efficient; Strong follow-through & attention to detail; strong organizational skills.
